Nonwovens producers Ecotextil s.r.o. will  promote the advantages of its new flexible melt blown die body of width 1,6m equipped with set of peripheral devices. With a new USN bonding, perforation and lamination machine, Ecotextil ‘s all-in-one-step production method brings increased flexibility in the sorption, filtration and insulation materials production. In absorbents, an innovative quick absorber for wiping Spill Soft, heavy duty Track Mat, spill prevention poly-backed materials or highly absorbent Super SM with limited lint can henceforward be produced in grammages of 150-500 gsm in widths up to 1,0 and 1,6m. Those products ideally complement the standard absorbent range of plain and USN bonded meltblown, SM and SMS composites, creating this way a unique logically composed sorbent product range for all kinds of use. Filtration media for surgical and industrial face masks produced in grammages of 20-120 gsm benefit from improved additives and patented TANTRET technology use.
